Tools: Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Canva

Learning Objective: This presentation will guide you through my comprehensive instructional design process, showcasing each step from start to finish. We’ll begin with the Needs Analysis, where I identify the learning gaps and define project objectives, and progress through the Design and Development phases, where the course content, activities, and assessments are created. From there, we’ll move into the Implementation phase, where the training is delivered and feedback is gathered, and conclude with the Evaluation and Assessment phase, where we analyze the training’s impact and identify opportunities for improvement. By the end of this presentation, you’ll have a clear understanding of how I approach instructional design to create effective and engaging learning experiences.

Learning Objective: By the end of this eLearning course, participants will Clearly understand the role of P.P.E in protecting D.H.C.P from infectious exposure during procedures.  Recognize and differentiate various P.P.E types such as masks, eyewear, face shields, clothing, and gloves. Learn and implement proper procedures for wearing, using, and changing P.P.E to maximize protection. Understand glove types for dental settings, their usage during patient care, changing protocols, and the importance of immediate hand hygiene. Emphasize and implement safe work practices related to P.P.E, including minimizing hand-to-face contact, limiting touched surfaces, changing gloves appropriately, and proper P.P.E removal.
